No account, no cloud
There is nothing to sign up for and no server holding your reflections. The app has no backend for your content.

Hidden by default. Tap to reveal.
Private by design
Your confession preparation stays on your device.
No account. No cloud storage. No ads. Your confession-related notes, My List, journal entries, penance information and date-only confession history are stored locally on your device.
Locked behind your device
App Lock uses your device’s own Face ID, Touch ID or passcode, and a privacy overlay hides the screen when you switch apps.
Hidden until you reveal it
My List entries stay concealed by default. You choose what to reveal, and when.
Deletion actually deletes
Removing an entry clears its text, not just a flag. Delete All Data clears everything the app stores locally.
Google Play and RevenueCat handle purchase-related information separately.

Confession History - dates only
Remember when, not what.
If enabled, Confession History stores only confirmed confession dates on your device. It never stores confession details in the history record.
Confession History is optional and is Off by default.Important clarification
A preparation aid, not a substitute for the Sacrament.
Private Confession Prep helps you privately prepare and organise what you wish to remember. The app does not verify that sacramental confession occurred, determine absolution, replace a priest, or determine the validity of a confession.
